Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views teambuilding and education as being the key to competitive advantage. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve proven results. This experience helped create an environment that embodies innovation in learning and adaptability to change. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote all of her energy and efforts for the causes. She also supports several nonprofit organizations in the time she has off. This includes being part of within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women develop into leaders.
